Artisan Application

One 10' x 10' Space:  Introductory rate of $59 per Saturday applies during the month of April.  There is an application fee of $10 and a two week minimum.  It is highly recommended that you reserve as many Saturdays as possible to lock in your space.  Starting in June the cost will increase to $68.00 a day.  The reserved Saturdays do not have to be consecutive.  There will be inexpensive all day parking for participating vendors one block away.  If you have already applied, and want to reserve subsequent weeks, you do not have to pay the application fee again. 

TIP:  Consistency pays off with shoppers.   Knowing they can rely on your presence builds their confidence.  It is a favorable business strategy to be present throughout.  Spread your dates across the year, not just on one holiday weekend.

Staff on the ground will be available to help with loading and unloading for a minimum $5 gratuity.  Artisans are responsible for their own tables and/or tents.  Tent legs must be at a 90 degree angle (straight up and down) from the ground and not slanting out.  If you need electricity you may be approved to bring your own noiseless generator which complies with all D.C. regulations.  However this is at management’s discretion.
